Our security officers stay vigilant and patrol the site so to act as a deterrent against squatters and young people who like to enter the site as a challenge. Our security officers keep strict access control and make sure that no unauthorised visitors or worker enters the construction or refurbishment site.
ELM Security officers will do a full risk assessment before taking over the site. They would be trained by our senior security supervisors to the requirements of your site and prevailing conditions.
We provide you and our staff with a 24-hour control room contact. The control room is manned by an experienced guard to offer advice to the guard and to the customer. We will conduct surprise visit to the site to ensure that our security provides the quality service as expected of them. Our business Director will remain in touch with you and collect your feedback every month to address your concerns and suggestions while maintaining the ISO9001 requirements for quality assurance and control.
We like to keep you in the loop about any security events that occur whilst the guard is on duty through the daily occurrence log sheet. Any serious issues would be conveyed to the control-room who could either advise how to handle or escalate and call site manager, emergency services or the Police depending upon the severity of the event. All our security officers are required to make an hourly check-in call to keep us informed of the situation on ground.
